Before confirming your order - have them list EVERY single charge - so you won't be surprised. When asking about it - they'll say - would you like us to check the recording? Again - the staff when ordering is not professional - AND the email you get confirming the order and pricing - will NOT list all charges broken down. The actual movers were great. The customer service and managers, fire them.

Thank you for the Feedback Scott. We try very diligently to inform customers of everything included into the estimates. We send multiple emails, and conformations and record phone calls, we do everything we can! to try make sure there are no surprises! I'm sorry if any of that was missed. Your feedback just made us work even harder to ensure that it continues to get done.

We had two armoires to move upstairs. One armoire was heavy and large. The indoor stairwell had a small landing with a 90 degree turn and an overhead obstruction. The outdoor stairwell had no overhead obstruction but was narrower than that indoors. It took three attempts to get the large armoire upstairs but they managed with no collateral damage. Amazing effort and planning.

I dont want to share publicly what my experience was. I'm completely satisfied with some aspects but completely dissatisfied and disappointed with others. I've spoken with someone via text and with texting you can't hear tone. For that I don't want to judge tone either. Just honor your word! Life would be a lot simpler if people would honor their word and not have to have everything in writing.

I thought our crew did an excellent job! The foreman really worked hard to ensure our new home (just built) wasn’t dinged or damaged. He was constantly helping the other guys proper technique when moving large or heavy items. He went above and beyond and hooked up our fridge and other appliances.

I was extremely satisfied with the whole process, from scheduling a date to the move itself. The movers were friendly and efficient. They were also accommodating about my elderly grandmother by packing her lift chair last and then getting it off the truck and set back up first. I would recommend two men and a truck to anyone that needed movers.
