Team was very efficient with moving, only down side is during moving office is calling and asking how my experience is going. Wait until I'm not busy.

We appreciate the feedback George. We do that on every move. It's called a "Mid-Move Contact". We like to find out how everything is going during the move, just a line of communication to check and make sure you're happy with everything that's happened so far. That way, if something has gone wrong, we can work to make sure its corrected immediately. Thank you for using the Movers Who Care.

My only complaint was that the truck was late in the morning; although, they did call to notify us. The packing was excellent, they put everything where we asked them to, didn’t complain and were very friendly, Would recommend.

The crew was very pleasant and professional. The items that I needed to move was a large piece of furniture that was in 2 parts. Once the move was completed, they agreed to spend a few extra minutes putting the pieces together by placing one part on top of the other which was something that I could not have accomplished alone.

The entire team did such an amazing job. They were great with communicating when they’d arrive and with everything I needed to know about the move. They did an amazing job moving all of my stuff and did so in a timely manner. Id recommend this team to anyone that needed their stuff moved.

Thanks Blue, Moses, Jerry, and Ron. You guys were great! Really helped us get everything wrapped up in a quick and efficient manner. Had a great laugh too with everyone meeting my exotic animals. loved how Moses would ask questions about myself. It shows that he cares about us as the client and how we got to where we are ready to be moving. Putting bubble wrap down on the floor gave a good laugh!

Everyone involved was great. Thanks for your help. One suggestion, maybe tape the remotes to the tvs onto the tv’s. Little things but it doesn’t lessen the great work they did.

Everything about this moving experience was fabulous. Moving both of my elderly parents to a retirement home 2 1/2 hours away is a stressful situation. Everything from the minute I called to the moment the 3 movers walked out was handled professionally. The movers went out of their way to be helpful, professional and accommodating.
