Earl and his team were great!! They completely emptied the POD and set-up the appliances in under 2 hours. I will be using you guys again!

Well, after checking my stuff, they forgot a piece of my bed (I had to buy another). They didn’t bring my electrical weed eater, edger and didn’t bother to call to say that they cannot transport something with gas ( my mower). I would have told the friend of the family that was there to pour it out!
They didn’t bring my bedroom lamps and the amount of money I spent on all of those items, I should have taken off of your payment! Very unsatisfied and when the movers got here, they acted like they worked overtime to get more tip. So unprofessional, cursing and just wish washy. I could see why they forgot my stuff. Rushing and not being professional. They stacked my boxes on top of other fragile boxes. I will not recommend your company or I will ever use your company again.

Excellent all across would have been my rating except that a water leak caused by disconnecting the ice maker and cracking a valve occurred when one of the team removed it. This caused damage to the wood flooring . When this issue is satisfactorily settled by your company I will gladly update my review to reflect the highest rating .

as far as I know furnitures should be wrapped before moving out of the apartment to protect them from damage. Team took a short cut in dismounting my high quality queen bad and left words screwed to the frame bars. By moving in one piece joints got damaged. This was not professional part. Team may need a bit instruction on such details and than everything will be just fine.

They did a great job getting an upright piano down from an elevated home. Quick move!

The men who came to move us were fast, efficient, and careful. I loved how they wrapped everything so carefully. I would definitely hire them again

Both the Lady and the Gentleman were professional and efficient. They worked quickly yet were careful with the contents. They communicated well after leaving the destination.

The logistics of our move was poorly planned. The movers were sent with the wrong size truck to fit all of our property going to both storage and our new house. Only items to our new house were moved. Also, the truck's inside light was broken so when it turned dark, the movers could not see. The movers were not sent with wardrobe boxes or boxes to pack our art. A new truck and new movers were sent the next day to handle the storage items and again, not enough wardrobe boxes were sent so they had to make two trips. No art boxes were sent. As a result, many items of artwork, mirrors, etc. that were intended for storage were moved to our new house and now we are left to move these items to storage ourselves. The movers were great but the planning for them was awful.

The office staff and the movers were all excellent. they were knowledgeable and helpful. They arrived on time and took great care with our items. Our overall experience was great. We would call again if the service was needed.

I have used this company on several occasions and have always been pleasantly surprised with the level of efficiency and courtesy. The movers have always been prompt and informative. They telephoned prior to arrival with updates on arrival times, which is greatly appreciated. They were careful with my property and did not waste any time in the process.
