Everything went very smoothly and the team in the office and the movers were both very professional. The only comment I have was that I was unaware of the 18% tip that was put on the bill at the very end. I take responsibility for approving the tip but since I was not physically present during the move, my son ended up signing for it and was unaware that it was part of the final bill.

MOST of our furniture is BROKEN!!! And I do not mean minor dings and scratches... I am talking about sofa with fist-sized holes, dressers that were ripped out and will never open or close, and an extendable dining table that will not extend again and now has sharp broken wires dangling underneath. Many picture frames, china sets and glassware are also broken and I can see the boxes had been thrown

I have done 3 moves with you and each has gone perfectly. I will continue to use you as your workers, in the office and the ones moving always let me know when they will show up and they do. Also each member of the team is very professional and helpful. Thanks for making my move effortless.

Excellent Service!! The cost was reasonable compared to other moving companies. The movers protected all my furniture and TV with plastic wrappers and all items arrived in perfect condition. They went the extra mile by helping me pack the final kitchen box and getting my two cats in my car. All four movers were friendly and professional.

You guys did a really good job, we’ve used you twice in the last 2 weeks. My only hesitation was the trip charge that seemed really high since we only had furniture moved within our home the first time and from the house to a Packrat in the driveway the second time. Both times they brought big trucks out when a smaller vehicle would have been more cost saving for our needs.

The moving team was fantastic, very polite and helpful, very efficient, and great communication throughout. The person who helped me schedule the move was also very helpful and cheerful. The price was very reasonable, and the company really helped reduce the stress of moving. Overall, a wonderful moving experience, and I will use again for future moves!
