The movers were professional and apologetic. The managers that came out need more training. They were unprofessional and have lack of managerial skills. I forget the young lady name the day of the move she gave no empathy of my situation. She was very nonchalant. Didn’t apologize for the truck breaking down during the move.

Thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for your recent move. We appreciate your feedback, however your assessment of our management staff is incorrect. Our managers are specifically trained for issues like this. As a reminder, the truck that was dispatched did encounter a mechanical issue but when the office was notified, we immediately dispatched another truck with the managers to correct the issue in the fastest manner that we could. Instead of trying to repair the truck at your location, we had it towed so the team could address your move without delay. As you stated, the movers addressed your move and the managers addressed the issue with the truck so it would not affect your move or timeline.
In a crisis such as this, we addressed the necessary issues because we knew your move would not be affected from the actions we took. We were focused on keeping your move as the top priority. We are sorry that you feel that we didn't inform you of our actions and had we could have predicted that we would have a mechanical issue with the first truck, we would not have sent it out. I sure that you can agree that it is near impossible to predict unknown mechanical issues. It's also our policy to not notify the customer of issues that they have no control on.
As the owner of the business, I personally directed the actions caused by the unscheduled breakdown of our vehicle. I also informed the managers to not interfere in your move so it could stay on schedule. From your first statement in this review, I feel we accomplished what we strive for.

My only issue was that they forced the refrigerator though the garage door, scratching it in several places. If they had gone though the front door there would not have been an issue. Other than that they were on time, finished the job quickly and the guys were very personable.

Overall positive experience. Appreciated the fact moving company performed a survey upfront and people at office and moving crew were all professional and courteous. Some coordination could have been improved with subcontractor Shamrock who took care of crating and bump head bed. Unfortunately one of my cabinet couldn’t be correctly assembled at destinations and will require further assistance
