In a crisis such as this, we addressed the necessary issues because we knew your move would not be affected from the actions we took. We were focused on keeping your move as the top priority. We are sorry that you feel that we didn't inform you of our actions and had we could have predicted that we would have a mechanical issue with the first truck, we would not have sent it out. I sure that you can agree that it is near impossible to predict unknown mechanical issues. It's also our policy to not notify the customer of issues that they have no control on.
As the owner of the business, I personally directed the actions caused by the unscheduled breakdown of our vehicle. I also informed the managers to not interfere in your move so it could stay on schedule. From your first statement in this review, I feel we accomplished what we strive for.
