Our team of movers was amazing. Our furniture was packed, transported, and delivered quickly and safely. Our movers were especially polite and did it all with a smile!

the movers were polite, they dropped my washer 5 minutes into the move. I understand accidents happen, the movers that were sent out were not prepared to move the items. Half way through the move one of the movers could not continue due to not feeling well. Movers need to be trained on how to properly move items effectively and screened to make sure they are able to complete the job for the day.

Although we try to avoid damages, moving does from time to time encounter damages, no matter how many precautions we take. We have a process that we follow for damages. This is closely monitored by the State of Texas. We have documented the damage and sent you the procedures, rights and responsibilities and the claim forms.

The mover that you noted, did have medical episode that was not in our control and combined with the extreme heat, we instructed him to go to the truck for a recovery period. As explained in the billing, you were not charged for this time and we actually credited you time for the entire team, not just one man.

As far as your comment on training and screening... We training all our personnel before going out on trucks. We also have another mover or driver monitor them when they go out in the field for the first week. Again, the mover in question had a medical episode that we had no control over.

We are sorry that your move did not go as expected, however, we feel that we addressed this situation properly to insure the safety of our personnel, the protection of your items and to insure your move was completed as scheduled.

Office team was always fantastic. Quick and to the point, recommended exactly what we needed.

Moving team was extremely courteous, cautious with belongings, quick, and efficient.

We've done 3 or 4 moves with Two Men and a Truck and we wouldn't do a move any other way.

When the crew showed up the wanted me to sign paperwork. The max amount was more than double the max amount in the estimate quote. I declined to sign and the rude owner cancelled the job. Will not agree to do the move even after I changed my mind and agreed to sign. He hung up on me.

We did not perform a move due to the customers refusal to sign the required contracts that makes us compliant with Texas DMV rules and regulations. He stated this himself. I will not accept being called rude from a customer that refuses to follow the necessary approvals for the contracts. The customer changed his mind and wanted us to move him once the job had been cancelled and the team was returning back to the facility. I did not hang up on him. I told him that we were not going to do the move without all necessary contracts completed. I asked if there was anything else that I could help him with, and he answered, "no," I thanked him for calling TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and told him that if he had any questions that he could call the main office for assistance. Then, I hung up.

Two Men and a Truck made my move a breeze! All three of our moving people were friendly and efficient. They handled things with care and made sure we were happy with every step of our move. I don’t think I’ll ever move again without hiring this company!

I want to lodge a complaint about the Houston Texas branch. Speaking to the branch manager and he stated that he does not care if I put in a bad review on the store. That just tell me what kind of a business he is running. I had a horrible experience with this branch as they damaged many of my items. A move that should have taken not more that 6 hours took over 11.

Mr. Johnstone was contacted about his move with our franchise. He has filed negative reviews over the phone, on google with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and Im sure that we will see yelp and the BBB in the near future. His complaints are unsubstantiated as he was the focus of every issue that he listed. His attempts to discredit the team show his true character. Had he not micro managed the teams and allowed them to do their duties, it would have been much faster and without issues. Even after sending a dispatch manager out to his unload location he was not happy and still interfered with the teams progress. We look forward to future discussions with him, however, with his tone, aggressive actions and attempted intimidation, we feel it would be best to allow all future communications and mediation to be in writing and with independent 3rd party individuals. As with all concerns, we look forward to a positive outcome, however past history with this customer precludes a positive outcome.

We were moving a deceased family members belongings, and all three men were caring, kind and compassionate! The only negative I have is when getting a quote I wasn’t told I had to pay for commute time. (them getting to me & back to their office. Not actual time working for me). It added an additional hour to the bill which was another $150+. The office should tell you this when scheduling the move

Thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for your recent move. We are sorry for your loss and were surprised to see you comment about the excessive travel charge. We strive to keep our customers informed and it is discussed multiple times throughout the scheduling process. It is also included in the premove agreement that is completed before the movers can be dispatched. As a final time, it is listed on the Sales order that is completed and signed by the customer before we collect the final payment.

We have found that the charge from our facility through the move and returning is called port to port and is monitored closely for accuracy and verified with GPS on all our trucks. The other option is for a flat fee for travel, however depending one how far the customer is from our facility may not turn out to be a fair cost in doing business for either party. We focus on communication and are sorry that this seemed confusing or left out, but our records and contracts indicate that if was explained and agreed on several time.
