We were very pleased with the ease of reserving a date and time for our move. The office team was very helpful and professional. The move was great. The move team was professional and worked efficiently and was careful with our furniture. They were the best move team we ever had and got the job done quickly. They deserve kudos all the way around.

The moving team was great, no complaints, but the total cost of the move was a LOT more than I had anticipated and I felt that the rate was misleading. I misunderstood that there was an additional travel cost on top of the fee, I thought that the initial fee included the first hour of the trip and I was mistaken. That colored my whole experience ended up paying over $300 to move a couch.

We make every attempt to eliminate any confusion by clearly stating our rates and charges to every customer during the initial phone call, AND by emailing a pre-move letter reaffirming the estimated cost of the move at the time of booking as to avoid any confusion. It is very helpful when people read their pre-move letters and call us with any questions or concerns before the move takes place. Like most moving companies we have a minimum charge, even if we're just moving one item, which is explained during the booking process. Additionally, you were on the moving clock during the drive from Spring to Houston, which was left-out of your review.

For my office move I had Uchenna, Freddy, and Josh. These 3 men are personable, friendly, professional, and hardworking. They were always respectful of me and the property. They were able to move my office furniture and documents quickly and safely. The truck was clean and my goods arrived safe and clean. Thank you!

My only complaint was that they stacked too many of my plastic totes on top of each other. The excess weight broke a few of my lids. The movers were good and the office staff was very professional

I had a moving company no show the morning of our move. I was moving my disabled cousin and had to get it done that day. I contacted Two Men and a Truck and they arrived in under an hour! I wasn’t allowed into his current apartment due to coronavirus precautions, so I couldn’t direct the team. They were amazing! They handled the unpacked items like champs and had him completely moved in 3 hours!
