I had Donald, Deshawn and Josiah here to move some very heavy pieces of furniture from downstairs to upstairs. They were very professional, very courteous, got the furniture up a curved staircase without issue and got the job done quickly. They did a great job!

Movers were on time. Moved quickly. Issue we had was rooms were not fully empty before moving on to next room. This caused only 1 room out of 5 to be completely moved and assembled. We assumed we had the movers for 8 hours however after truck was full we were advised they were unable to return to obtain the remaining items in the house.

The 4 gentlemen that made my move successful were very professional and knew what they were doing. They worked very fast. They wrapped everything so nothing would break. Nothing was broken in the move. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is moving. I was very pleased with their work.

I have never been so impressed with the performance and professionalism of a moving company in my life. I can assure you, I will use no other company but two men and a truck in the future. Moving is a very stressful experience, but these two individuals went so far above and beyond to offer comfort and were patient with my request.

The first time I used this service the moving team was really nice and extra helpful. This last crew were not as friendly, but hey, that's ok because they got the job done... mostly. They did leave my refrigerator on the porch and told my friend that they were not allowed to remove the doors to the house to bring the fridge in. Weird because the other crew made it work without trouble.

Greetings, Ginger, thank you for taking the time to give us a nice review. Our policy is that we do not remove refrigerator doors, so we will follow-up on this to see why the first crew removed the doors. Perhaps it was before the implementation of our refrigerator door policy.

I cannot say enough great things about our moving crew. Donald, George, and Mike were all wonderful to work with.
However, admin can use some improvement. We were charged twice for the move. The moving crew was given incorrect information from the office regarding what we needed moved. I was highly disappointed. I would only use you again or refer anyone based on the moving crew.

We apologize that we did not meet or exceed your expectations. Regarding the inventory, we type the information that we are given by the customer directly into the scheduling software as it is given to us, which is then printed directly onto the paperwork, so we are at a loss as how to the men did not get the proper information. Regarding the charges, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, however we always credit back all inadvertent over-charges as soon as possible.
