I have been a long time client of Two Men and a Truck for over a decade. This last weekend I was completely disrespected by your managers and moving teams. We had an angry/aggressive manager show up at my house, middle of my move, and refuse to take some of my items that I had clearly outlined with your booking team. Their demeanor was inappropriate, especially in a customer service industry.

Houston NW is sorry that you feel that your move did not meet your expectations. We strive to make things as easy as possible, however on very few occasions it requires that a manager discuss the issues in person. Your particular move had multiple issues that we feel that a personal appearance was needed. Upon his arrival, he was met with resistance and attempted to keep his professional demeanor. Although the move was scheduled in your name, the team had difficulty determining if they should take direction from you or your mother. After attempting to explain the issues without a full understanding and agreement on your part, the Manager explained the options, but was met with significant resistance. Reviewing the pre move letter and agreement, that had been approved by you, we found that the scope of work had been changed but you didn't want to acknowledge that you were adding additional items. A few items added is not a major change but the number of items that you added required a revision of estimate and the move actually doubled in length of time. Our procedures to insure accuracy are extremely detailed and scripted. Had we had the proper information at the time of booking we could have made an accurate estimate without the need for a manager to be dispatched or a revision of estimate to be completed. After a lengthy discussion, a revision of estimate was finally completed and the move was completed at 11 PM after the team worked without breaks to attempt to meet your expectations. As hard as they worked, it seemed that they could not meet your expectations, however you did compliment them and provided a very nice gratuity, which we assumed showed your satisfaction of the completed job.
The following day was a second move with another family member and was performed with the team and the same manager. It was outlined with details and was performed without any issues. We understand communication is key in this environment and strive to make everyone a satisfied customer. We have taken this information and will incorporate it into future training sessions to attempt to limits disruptions. Thank you for your time in sending in your review. It will allow use to address these types of issues early in the process so we can limit the deficiencies.

The hard working men were quick, courteous and took great care preparing our items so they would travel well. Much care was taken in handling my wife's bird bath given her by her late Mom. I appreciated that so much. I have requested the same men for the next load.

Excellent service from the original contact to the completion of the job. The office staff and the workers were patient, courteous and they didn’t waste time getting the job done. I am very pleased with the results.
The men even did some small tasks for me that I was unable to do myself. The cost was very reasonable and I will use their services again if needed.

Movers were terribly slow, broke or scratched numerous items. Caught them sitting in their truck (on my time) for over 15 minutes upon arrival as well as in between going to my new home.

Houston NW is sorry that you feel that we did not meet your move expectations. We would like to discuss this more in depth, however this review was submitted over 90 days from the move date. It may be difficult to talk to the individual move team that performed your move due to the late submission of this review. Had it been submitted in a timely manner, we could address it better. That said we would still like to talk to you about your experience.

Jarrin, William and Chris J. did a great job today helping us move furniture from one office suite to another. They were very professional, prompt and worked quickly, but carefully. It was obvious they work well as a team. They were done with the job in less time than anticipated. Also a shout out to Chriss in the office who was so helpful organizing this move and the upcoming ones.

We hired 2 men & a truck for an office clean out, just to haul trash and small old furnature to a dumpster. Kendrick Boyd, Wndell & Darin showed up and were excellent. they worked their tails off, very respectful, professional and I would hire them anytime. then you think of the ideal moving team to knock out a job, these are the guys you want. 10/10 would recomment these gents!
