Miscommunication between the front office and packing team that showed up, so time and resources were not accounted for accurately. Packing team haphazardly packed boxes and poor labeling of boxes. However, truck was packed decently and team was courteous

Great customer service and friendly movers. I recommend a supervisor on site at the beginning and end of move. This would help ensure standards are met.

The whole process of scheduling a pick up was handled so efficiently. Even with a couple of last minute changes to accommodate, everything went very smoothly.
