The 2 movers that unloaded the truck at the destination home (Luis and Ty) were wonderful! However, the team of packers who packed the boxes were a little careless and some minor items were broken due to the way they were packed. Also, that same team (packing) were careless in throwing some of the stuff on the ground prior to packing causing items to get dirty and unsanitary. Resultantly, I ended up with a bad allergic reaction to some bedding items and had to go to the doctor.

man was extremely unprofessional and flirted with me while I was in the middle of a divorce move. Then was notified by my ex that his gun was gone. extremely unprofessional will never use again!

Terrible experience. I hired three men, but only two men showed up, which took 6 hours to move everything, while the estimate showed only 4 hours. Movers arrived 2 hours late, after I called many many times. I also called the manager but he did not answer, I left a voice mail but he never called me back. Two decorative articles broken and the dinner table was scratched during the moving. Terrible experience.

Had some very slight damage to the corner of my couch. Delivery team was quick to take picture for a damage report and were very apologetic. Overall, my move was handled by a very polite and professional team.

The team was great, enjoyed working with Patrick and the team...they had a great attitude and cared about getting the move executed. The only issue was I had the following damaged during the move; Bed frame/ Mattress/ Refrigerator/ File cabinet/ Armoire/ Desk-Vanity/ Wall damage

The guys were great.

Our hardwood floor was scratched in new home and we have not heard anything about fixing it. I would expect to have heard something in 10 days.

The back of my dresser had a hole in it due to the poor handling by the movers.
