The information the movers received for my move was all wrong even though my paperwork was correct. So they complained about that the entire time. The men were expecting to move 14 boxes when there were 2.5 rooms and furniture to move. All of us were quoted a 4-6 hour move with 2 movers when the move took 8 hours and we needed 3-4 movers. The men whined about not having water, inferring that I needed to provide it for them. One of the movers smoked inside the truck with my belongings still in it and now several of my boxes smell like smoke. For a very well known company, I expected more and was disappointed in my experience.

Your moving guys need to have tools for disassemble of beds and other items. Had to do all this myself.
