The crew was very respectful and great manners but did not have the proper equipment for the move. Only used a 2 wheel dolly that did not have any padding and they did not use blankets or wrap when moving furniture. We were told that they would have tools to disassemble furniture but did not have any tools. Several furniture pieces were not covered with blankets before being strapped down & we had to request that blankets be used. Needless to say, several pieces of our furniture received scratches and strap rubs during the move.

I received a follow-up call from the local office. I explain the crew was very nice but not prepared. I realized our move was their last move after a long rainy day but the experience did not meet our expectations and several pieces of furniture were damage. He said he would be send me an email so I could send photos of the damage items. I have not received any email from Two Man other than the corporate follow-up survey email.

All four professionals worked almost non-stop to fill the trucks from our garage, storage shed, and house. They protected our items as if they were their own. Unloading at the new address was even more efficient and they came in below estimate due to their speed. A few items needed to relocated to different rooms and they happily handled it.

Very good experience! Movers notified me of arrival time and were very careful packing & loading/unloading furniture. I will recommend & use Two Men and a Truck in the future.

The movers, Cam and G were just great. They were considerate of our needs on both ends of the move, personable and very efficient. They were also timely on both ends.

The guys did an excellent job. Fast, courteous, and careful. Would highly recommend. Easy to book and get the move date I wanted without a million questions about my stuff—nice!
