I have used these movers in the past and I was very pleased. This current move was a different experience. It took much longer than expected and the job was incomplete. With all that said, I would still use them again because the manager took the time to contact me personally to discuss my experience. He assured me that this was out of the ordinary, which based on my prior experience, I feel that it true. He was very willing to do whatever he could to ensure a happy customer. In the end, I continue to recommend the company and plan to use them again.

At move in there were unforeseen circumstances at the fault of the retirement community that greatly slowed down the move. Despite this, the movers remained patient and professional.
