I only have a couple of concerns, they missed packing about 8 boxes of items that should have been packed, they were not prohibited items (clothes and kitchen dishes.
I think they could have been a little more productive, but overall they responded well. The virtual estimate was off by quite a bit, I would recommend you visit the site so there aren't any surprises.

We will be reviewing your feedback with our team, but to address the issues: It is our procedure to manually review each online estimate, which should have been done. Also, there are several factors that can affect the length of time added to a move, such as stairs, parking restrictions, etc. which may not have been apparent from your online submission. Regarding your packing services, we apologize if we did not follow your instructions and will be looking into this further with our team to see what may have happened. The guys that moved us were amazing. They were so positive and helped calm down my anxiety over moving. They were quick and efficient and a pleasure to be around. So much so, that I saw a company truck at a gas station and almost stopped to see if it was them to say hi.

The three guys were awesome, they made the move easy and worry free. They all were very professional and appreciated how careful they were with protecting the items to be transferred to my new home.
