My china cabinet was broken. He didnandamp;acirc;t apologize for that.
When it appeared he was about to break something else, I said something to him, and he rudely said andamp;acirc;What do you want me to do about it?andamp;acirc;
Horrible customer service and interaction- sad thing was, he has been with the company 6 years. The older nice guy, only 2 months and was being trained by the rude one. Hope he doesnandamp;acirc;t pick up that attitude!
I called management and they apologized- said sometimes young people just say what comes to mind without thinking first.
They also talked a lot to each other- wasting my time and money.
I have used you before but would not again.

Office call was easy. Both of the guys that showed up were professional and super fast. They called me in advance and when they arrived at my home. Highly recommend this crew!

It would have been nice to know the movers were taking an hour lunch break between houses so we could have done the same. I told guys to put boxes for all rooms in empty dining room but they also put boxes clearly marked shed in dining room. Finally, my furniture was covered in a thick film of dust which I can only assume is from dirty blankets and several corners of furniture were damaged.

Chris, Zack, and Dejajuan, were exceptional at moving me. I would highly recommend these guys to take care of all my moving needs. Plus, they even finished early in spite of all the stops we had to make for my move. Nothing was broken or damaged when I unpacked, everything was treated with white gloves!! Two Men and a Truck is a FANTASTIC moving company that I will call again.

Chris and Nash were polite, had a great attitude, were very agreeable to anything I asked of them, and were a pleasure to work with, as was Catharine, my scheduler. This is my 5th time using this moving company and I have never had a bad experience. I recommend it to anyone I know who is planning a move!

Jordan and Rodney showed up a few minutes early and were incredibly efficient, friendly, and effective with the move. They took great care of all my furniture and delivered it ahead of schedule. This was one of the best moves I've ever had.

Justin and Elijah were very professional. They exhibited a positive attitude and called us prior to let us know that they were on their way. Catharine Searcy (office) was instrumental in getting the COI that our building required beforehand. We have used Two Men and a Truck for other moves. Would not consider anyone else for our moving needs.

From beginning to completion the service was very professional. The moving team got to work quickly and had the truck loaded within 2 hours. The unload was just as fast. Chris and his crew were friendly and accommodating. They even cheered when we announced my niece had her baby that afternoon! Will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck!
