Most of everything seemed to go well until we connected our refrigerator and left to get something to eat. When we arrived back at home there was water all over the kitchen floor. The movers busted the water line on the back of the refrigerator that is for the ice maker. This is a new fridge, only a couple years old, and the first time it had ever been moved. I heard a loud noise when they were coming through the front door with the fridge on the dolly but didn’t realize until later that it was the water line they busted. Very disappointing!

The moving team (Ron, Minor, and one other guy - sorry forgot his name) were very careful with our belongings, pleasant, but very fast with our move. We wiil definitely use this company again with our next move toward the end of the year.

Previous experience with other companies left me weary, but not this time. Your team communicated their arrival and arrived on time. They listened to my directions for placement followed thru and finished in record time!! Great team you sent to my apartment!
