My only complaint is the “tablet” they use for signatures & payment. During both of my moves, both of the teams had issues using their tablets. No fault of the team. Your company just needs to update your equipment.

The guys sent were nice and professional. They worked pretty slow and got lost when we left original address for new address. They were mia for over an hour and I got billed for it. I looked at my address on the tablet & confirmed it was correct so unsure why they went to a different location, maybe put it in GPS wrong. I appreciate the help, wish I didnt get charged for something not my fault.
