The guys were very fast and helpful. Even when one of the dressers broke, they were thorough about explaining what happened, taking photos, and getting my claim filed. The corporate office reviewed my claim and sent me a check to replace the item. I think that process went so smoothly because of the thorough documentation the guys made while they were here.
