The movers were incredibly professional and delicate with handling my items. I have already recommended the company to others primarily based on the professionalism of the movers themselves. The office staff - helpful and informed. The estimate is based on what was to be moved and time likely needed. At no point was an hourly rate discussed. When the team arrived & ran through the paperwork, told the hourly rate. Reviews where the person was unhappy about the price increase, probably due to this pricing. I complained - the office replied with small refund, still not close to estimate

The three men who help move our items were very friendly and efficient. The one in charge explained all the details and provided updates as needed. They did a really good job. The office was also very friendly and provided me with all information needed. I would use two men and a truck again on our next move.
