All was good except the payment process at the end. The tablet didn't save my initial signatures, so we had to start all over again. It wouldn't save it after 2 more attempts. Then had to wait for office person to bring out a 2nd tablet, which would save but could only input with certain orientation causing it ro take long time. Guys were good, but need better tools in field.

Very Professional, not frustrated with any requests, polite and gentle while handling things and stressed customers.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the two guys. The only thing, and this is me nitpicking, is that it took them longer to pack the truck than I thought it should have taken but the unload was perfect
