This is the fourth time I've used TMAAT and as always the service has been great. This time, however, we came across some poor storage habits of the previous team. In fact it ruined a "sleep number" mattress beyond usefulness. Additionally we uncovered some damage to a granite topped end table that it was not clear whether it was current or previously caused. The two men worked studiedly though, at times, were a little "chatty" unnecessarily. Overall I plan on using TMAAT again unless there is a problem in getting our damage assessment cleared up.

My overall experience with TMT was very good. Management was excellent and the group leader on the truck was excellent. I understand it is hard to keep and train subordinates because of fluid movement of lower grade employees and you don't always have continuity. This was my case, however, management stepped in an corrected the incident immediately without much disruption. For the most part my furniture was transported in good condition with few exception and management was quick to jumped in to assign teams to restore a damaged thermostat and fix a damaged desk. Both technicians were outstanding. I would reuse their service and will recommend their service to others.
