Great experience from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and easy to understand. The salesman was not pushy and gave us a fair price. The moving team was professional and worked hard to get the job done.

Juan was the person needed for this second furniture movement from the bottom floor to top floor vs the two movers, Devin and Kevin for my first move. Juan had the experience and know how for this move to be accomplished. The other three, Lewis, Eric and Dakota supplied the muscle but again I say, Juan was the best.

Mike VanHorn never called me back, even after leaving him two messages to call.

Andrew and Edgar were very professional and quick. It was a chaotic day trying to coordinate with multiple family members and locations and they were able to work with someone else in my family who directed them in my place. I appreciated their patience and quality!

The whole process was simple. The movers were courteous and efficient.

I do have one complaint. I as I’m sure most people during this time would have appreciated all employees wearing a face mask. I gave your employees the courtesy of protecting them by wearing a face mask and would have greatly appreciated the courtesy returned.
I do feel Gabe went the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy with the service.

The team that packed, and moved me was awesome. Duanne was heading up both days. You are lucky to have him because he cares, he is meticulous and has a great attitude. Trusted him all the way! He made sure the teams were productive and careful. Everyone involved from my first phone call were extremely customer focused! Glad to say that this was the same experience as before!
