I was not disappointed at all. The team, Justin and Todd (I am horrible at names, so I might have messed that up), took the extra care needed with all of my items. They were very respectful and attentive to detail, and I definitely appreciated their assistance with all the craziness that moving brings. Even the office team was pleasant and courteous. Thanks Two Men and a Truck for bringing some sunshine to the doom and gloom of moving!

When the young men arrived they were eager, professional and very courteous. Anxious to get to work, professionally prepared the articles to move. Treated my property with care. The 2 guys did a great job at helping me move from my house to a town home. They were fast and did a great job at moving everything exactly where it was needed.

I expressed to the office staff that I had a heavy gun safe which has to go upstairs at the destination location. The moving staff did a great job of getting the safe to the house but was unable to get it upstairs due to the weight. They mentioned that a normal crew for a safe is 3 people but there were only 2 of them. It’s disappointing that I will have to hire someone else to come out and finish a job your office staff said y’all could complete.

<div>Jeremy,<br/><br/>We hate that we were unable to move the safe upstairs for you. Listening back to the recorded call, we were told the safe was approximately 300lbs. Typically, we only move safes up to 500lbs and unfortunately, this one was around the 700lbs mark according to the manufacturer's website. Anything more than that would require three men to move but luckily, the two were at least able to get it to your new home. <br/><br/>We will use this incident to better train our customer service representative for the future. My first call was answered by Henry. Knowledgeable, professional, and polite. After setting up the move I visited with him again and that was a pleasant experience. Stephen, Julian, and Victor were the men responsible for the move. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and cared for my furniture. They were so efficient that the move was fast both moving out and moving in. I would recommend Teo Men and a Truck. Their cost was in line with what I expected to pay. They were so efficient that the cost was reasonable. I was most impressed with their friendliness and ease in working with them.

First off, Donna was extremely helpful on the phone and went above and beyond to make sure I was receiving the services I needed for my move. It was quite a stressful time, but she eased the stress by confirming all was set and making sure I had any supplies necessary, etc... and was super nice throughout the process.
The actual movers were amazing. Very professional, very nice, and worked hard the whole time. They were non-stop all day and worked as a team to get it all done. I would definitely use them again!
