Vryston and Jeff loaded and unloaded my belongings carefully and quickly. I was delighted with the ease of the move. I’ll call when I need to move again.

I was not disappointed at all. The team, Justin and Todd (I am horrible at names, so I might have messed that up), took the extra care needed with all of my items. They were very respectful and attentive to detail, and I definitely appreciated their assistance with all the craziness that moving brings. Even the office team was pleasant and courteous. Thanks Two Men and a Truck for bringing some sunshine to the doom and gloom of moving!

When the young men arrived they were eager, professional and very courteous. Anxious to get to work, professionally prepared the articles to move. Treated my property with care. Two very nice, professional, efficient young men who are a credit to your (or any) organization. I can and will recommend to all who ask.

I expressed to the office staff that I had a heavy gun safe which has to go upstairs at the destination location. The moving staff did a great job of getting the safe to the house but was unable to get it upstairs due to the weight. They mentioned that a normal crew for a safe is 3 people but there were only 2 of them. It’s disappointing that I will have to hire someone else to come out and finish a job your office staff said y’all could complete.

<div>Jeremy,<br/><br/>We hate that we were unable to move the safe upstairs for you. Listening back to the recorded call, we were told the safe was approximately 300lbs. Typically, we only move safes up to 500lbs and unfortunately, this one was around the 700lbs mark according to the manufacturer&#39;s website. Anything more than that would require three men to move but luckily, the two were at least able to get it to your new home. <br/><br/>We will use this incident to better train our customer service representative for the future. Thanks for using Two Men And A Truck!</div>
