Move team worked hard and very friendly, but wasted a ton of space in the truck and storage unit. Also didn’t put my stuff in the storage unit like I needed it . Very disappointed and will shop around for s different company altogether . More training please, was pretty bad.

Everything was perfect from scheduling to end, I was super happy with the services provided the only thing is that one pice of furniture was broken during the transportation. A damage report was issued and was told that in 2 days I would be contacted about this incident. I hope I get contacted soon and I end up as a satisfied happy customer.

Alfredo was an excellent team leader. He handled every issue that arose without hesitation. He calmed my nerves.
Lavonte was a diligent and courteous worker. He took much care with all my furniture. Apparently he was called in at the last minute to my job, but he and Alfredo worked well together.

Took awhile to get them to my home, but once they arrived they were all work and done in a professional way. They were absolutely very professional I am glad I went with them!!!!

This was easy to set up, the team that showed up to help us were polite, very hard working and actually looked for ways to help out beyond just what we were asking them to do. Very nice young men.

overall, pleased with the move. the initial call and follow up discussing details was clear and consistent. the two young men moving were very polite and professional, outstanding job by them! only issue is the damage done during move. there was never a time where we went over any damage; to either homes or property moved. add that step into your process, please.
