We had a very poor experience. We had an in person estimation of our belongings. We were very clear about items we planned to sell and what we planned to move. The estimator assured us all remaining belongings would fit on one truck. Upon arrival of that truck...a. it was a rented Penske truck b. it was "smaller than our trucks" according to the movers. Ultimately it was too small for our move. I was told by multiple office staff that I "waived" a recommendation of a second truck, which was completely untrue. I would have never turned down such a recommendation from a moving company...the whole reason we hired professionals to move us. My biggest mistake was trusting in the integrity of your moving company and ultimately not reading thoroughly all paperwork I signed.

Great care was given to my personal possessions. The 2 men worked hard and fast--yet carefully, and were extremely respectful toward me. I felt my dollars were well spent, and that time was never wasted. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

My movers were on time, polite, fast, and careful with my furniture. They even were very honest letting me know that it would take less time than first thought and were fast after telling me as such and not dragging it out for time. I plan on using them again if needed. It was a great experience.

Dennis, the team lead for all 3 days, was fantastic. The rest of the crew was okay. We hired you to pack our house and move it. A few of them were not skilled or trained. There were extended periods of time where movers/packers were just standing around doing nothing. We opened boxes that were not labeled with the rooms they came out of. We opened boxes that had fragile items in them with no packing at all. My office furniture was not disassembled and moved properly resulting in damage. An antique dresser wasn't wrapped, but instead secured with packing tape resulting in the finish coming off with the tape. Dennis took pictures of the last two issues. I was told someone would call me regarding the damage, but it has been over a week and no one has called. I will not use your company again.

Spencer and Charles were fantastic! It was such a hot day and they got all my stuff out of my third floor apartment SO FAST.

I was very happy with their services they took time to wrap our furniture so it wouldn't get scratched and they were very courteous. They moved us from Austin tx to Giddings tx without any problem. I would definitely use them again or I would definitely refer them to someone else. Thank you two men and a truck

Chris, the lead for the team, was fantastic. The delivery crew was good. The packing teams and the loading teams, not so much. During packing day, there were guys standing around doing nothing. On loading day we ran into some of the same. The teams taped the drawers shut on an antique dresser. The finish came off with the tape. Additionally, several boxes were not labeled, lots of wall damage occurred while moving things, and a lot of boxes had no packing materials in them at all. One box I opened up contained two computer monitors (facing each other) and a battery backup. No packing material was used at all. Additionally, my wife's crystal punch bowl set was wrapped, but wrapped two cups together at a time. How any of this didn't break is beyond me. We won't be using your service again.
