Too small of a truck. Had to leave behind a brand new power washer used twice. My lawn mower. My child’s highchair, red wing wagon. All my patio furniture. And then had to leave a lot more at my moms house which is 17hrs away. Shawn came to my house, saw all my stuff so this should not have happened. I lost $800+ dollars worth of belongings and when I spoke with Tyler he said there was nothing he could do. NOTHING. I haven’t had a chance bc I’m busy unpacking but as soon as I have time I am going to write letters to everyone I can in this company. I should have been refunded at least half for my belongings. This is not my job. This was their job and I paid $7,200 for the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The guys were awesome - friendly service and definitely handled my furniture with care. Great experience!

One thing to note administratively: I was quoted with the $50 protection plan even though I wasn't asked if I wanted the free option. Should quote the free option first and ask if we would like to upgrade at the time of the move.

I have never had such a stress free move. The crew was at my home on time and began work right away. They were friendly and courteous. They wrapped my furniture in moving blankets, then shrink wrapped it. They even moved an Art Deco wall mirror from the 1920's and a corner display case with a glass front. All of my belongings arrived safely at my new home in another town. Even though it was pouring rain they continued on loading and unloading. I would definitely recommend using this company. Worth every penny!
