Meet the Nashville Team

Gordon began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Columbus, OH in 2003 while attending Ohio State. He began as a mover and quickly worked hard and become a driver, followed by a field trainer. During this time, he met fellow franchisee Nick Roerig, who also worked at the Columbus, OH TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. After four months in the field trainer position, Nick and Gordon began working towards owning their own franchise. Both went on filling management roles in Tucson, AZ, and built the franchises from the ground up. These two have held every position from a customer service representative to the manager. Once these locations were up and running, Gordon went to Las Vegas, NV to start a new franchise. After a few years of saving and preparing for their own franchise, Gordon and Nick came back together and bought the Brentwood franchise in 2012. Since then, this franchise has over doubled in size.

Charles began his career in the moving industry in 1998 with a local moving company in his hometown in Lansing, Michigan. He began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Lansing and worked his way up the ladder from mover to sales manager quickly. Charles relocated to Franklin in 2013 as the general manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Brentwood. He now oversees all locations in the middle TN area.

David has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for 9 years! David started out as a mover and quickly climbed the ladder. David continued to excel in the field and earned the title of training manager in July 2015. He continued to prove himself and in June of 2016 became our Murfreesboro Operations Manager. Still climbing up the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK ladder, David is now our Operations Manager of our Franklin Location. In. 2016 he received the “Presidents Leadership” award and keeps raising the bar by also completing the Moving Managers Forward Program (9-month course). In 2020, David became the quality control manager. He is in charge of all customer concerns, damages, and any problems that need to be addressed during the moving process. When David is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in anything car/racing related, and watching great movies.

Since joining our team in 2023, Micah has stepped up to the plate to lead our amazing CSR Team to success! Originally from Huntsville, AL and, he has made Middle Tennessee home for the past few years. Having been involved in multiple successful startups, Micah has always had a talent for helping his employees see their full potential. In his free time, Micah enjoys collecting and driving Corvettes and cheering for the Alabama Crimson tide!

Sharon, a Nashville native, joined our team in April of 2019. Due to Sharon's background in sales, she has brought great success to the team! As Sales Lead, Sharon provides move estimates for customers and helps assist the CSR's and Move Consultants. Her favorite thing about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the family atmosphere. Another thing she loves is the story behind the company's MOVERS FOR MOMS® program. Outside of work she's usually reading a good book and spending time with family!

Meet Sarah, our fantastic Human Resource Manager who has been an integral part of our team since February 2017. Sarah loves working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because of the family atmosphere and the people who make it a great place to work. When she is not working hard to make sure the business runs smoothly, she enjoys baking up a storm or diving into a good book.

Meet Kayla, our outstanding bookkeeper at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. She's been with us for over three years and is known for her enthusiasm for science and space. Kayla cherishes the camaraderie within our team, making her an invaluable part of our family.

Steven has been with our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team for over a year and a half! He is from Tennessee and has past managerial and sales experience. His favorite part about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is the people and the office environment. Steven enjoys spending time with his family along with his cat and dog.

Having been with us since the Spring of 2022, Rayvin is a pivotal member of the team here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! She always goes above and beyond for the customer and is always happy to answer any question the customer might have. In her free time, Rayvin likes to spend time with her cats and her family. If Rayvin had to choose her favorite part of working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, it would be our annual 4th of July, and Holiday parties that we have!

Josiah became a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK crew in February 2023, and it's safe to say that his time here has been nothing short of delightful. His coworkers are pleasant and fun-loving, which has made the work environment a fantastic place to be. Josiah is a skilled mover, and he also enjoys playing the piano during his downtime. Additionally, he and his wife are fans of playing tennis.
