Great experience overall, however, on day one four movers showed up and only two worked...the others just stood around and watched the experienced movers move my stuff. I’m satisfied with the service, but please send personnel that want to work and who are motivated to get the job done. My move could’ve been cheaper “price wise” but due to employees who are lethargic and don’t care about moving quickly, my move cost more money.
I want to say if it wasn’t for Desmond and Brian, you would NOT have received all excellence across the board for your ratings. Those two guys came back the next day and crushed it!! Those guys are the future and reputation of your company, you should hire more personnel like them, your business would double in profits.

This is the third time we’ve used Two Men and a Truck and we were extremely satisfied again. Darrel was excellent at setting up the appointment and Chris and crew showed up on time and worked hard with excellent attitudes all day. They made the move enjoyable.

Very pleased from start to finish with the crew of Jonathan, Gabe and Charles. Pleasant to work with, were confident and did a very good job packing the truck and protecting my things. There was no damage to anything. My stuff filled their truck to the brim. I would use them again in a heart beat! Bill

Overall, my experience was very good. The price is very high, so that might make me reconsider the company in the future, but on the other hand, the company is dependable. The guys who delivered my sofa from the upholsterer were very nice. If I had one suggestion, I'd recommend that they leave the cover on the piece of furniture until it's in place. My uncovered sofa brushed against the outside of my front door, which could have gotten it dirty. Thankfully it didn't.

From the moment the two guys arrived they were courteous and very nice!! Asked us where our items were located and got started. They were fast. Once we got to our destination they had some issues with the heavy furniture going upstairs. I was amazed at how those two guys didn't give up!! They got our furniture up there. Took apart a railing on the stairs to make it fit and kept going. I will refer this company to any and everyone I know, And if given the option I'd give those two names personally for who moved us. Not sure if it's allowed but Luke and Patrick went above and beyond.

I've used TMAT before and I was pleased, however, this last time I was not. When the movers showed up, they seemed quite optimistic to move my things. When it came time to move my things, the movers showed no urgency and dragged their feet purposefully to get more time out of me. It took them ample time to pull off to the second stop. Once they got to the second stop, they took forever to get out of the truck. They took their time moving the things and they knew they were dragging the time out. I contacted their manager, Korey, and he did not seem to care about my concern as he told me "the majority of your move is finished and under the quoted time". I stopped the payment and was told they would follow up about my experience, however, they got the money and I've heard nothing yet.

PRESTON
Luke and Dominic did an excellent job! They were both cautious and respectful of my belongings- they took great care during the move! They were both efficient and professional- I'd highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to friends in the future.
