JOHN
initially a call was made to a Patrick we were givin a rate. The next day called and spoke with a Cory we were told the rate would increase andquot; due to our ability to make more money with only 2 trucks leftandquot; we needed the move so we locked in the service. My card was charged after I was told it wouldn't be I had presented another card at the close of our business. So I had 2 cards charged for 2 different amounts. The Mt Juliet Unit needs extensive training emphasis on consistency with customers. 2 movers showed up worked hard but in the middle of the move One left another replacement came. This place needs a work over from top to bottom, a lot of inconsistencies for a simple one bedroom apt move.

Everything on move day went very well and we were very happy with our movers. They did a great job and made the day so much easier. I chose Two Men in the first place because, compared to other companies I got quotes from, getting a quote from you was by far the fastest and easiest of all and I appreciated that!

Most of the stress of moving was eliminated due to using Two Men. The gentleman that moved my stuff were efficient, thorough, and polite. They were awesome!

SCOTT
On both move days only one crew member provided great service others were slow, dropped things, checked phones, complained they did not want to be there, did not seem competent loading to storage facility. All crew should be good, not just one. Truck leaked brake fluid and needs new tires. Job did get done tho and thank you. Probably use another company next time.
