The men showed up as scheduled. They asked for a walk through and started right afterwards. They were quick and careful with our belongings. They were courteous and precise. They loaded and unlaoded quickly. They asked where we wanted the articles when we arrived at our new place. They were quicker than I expected, there is no way I or we (my wife and I) could have accomplished as much in a weeks time. I’ve usually counted on friends and family to help me move, never again. If I ever have to move again, I will call Two Men and a Truck. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs to move furniture.

The workers were very efficient and pleasant to work with.

Very, very bad experience with the Nashville franchise. At least four pieces of furniture was damaged during the move. One of the movers was hardly able to move the furniture and which is one reason the furniture was damaged and I was billed for time that I should not have been. Movers did not show up professional dressed. Hired this franchise to move furniture (two beds, couch, love-seat, kitchen table (only), tv and tv stand from 2nd floor apartment to 2nd floor apartment within in the same complex. We ended up moving the 2 mattress box frames and helped move the couch into the new apartment as the one mover was not able to help his partner as he had to take numerous breaks. Notified the franchise we hired and management would not contact us back.

Our only issue was that one family member made a comment to one of the movers that should not have been repeated, and the mover did repeat it to another family member. It caused a little issue in the family. However, the first family member was as much at fault as the chatty mover

The movers were kind about the fact that I sucked at packing everything and kept me calm when I started to get panicked about not being properly packed.

The crew was ready to go when they got there and had a great attitude the entire time.

I had three occasions to use Two Men on my most recent move. Initially I had everything moved to a storage unit awaiting closing of my new home. The following week I had them pack and then move me from my current condo, and the storage unit to my new home. Each time the young men who showed up were respectful, courteous and appeared well versed in what they were doing. They were friendly but also professional. It was a very hot day each time and there was no complaint despite a very long last day of moving that required two trips. Luke, Calvin, Vince, Charles and one other whose name I don't remember were responsible for the elements involved in the move. I noted Vince and Luke to be good leaders and eager to complete things well. A good experience of moving! Thank you!

Deshawn was great and my poor rating was not due to him however it does reference Miles. He was slow, needed constant direction, was on his phone and took way more breaks. A chunk was taken out of a closet wall at the old apartment and my terracotta snowman was broken. The whole thing took a lot longer than it should have, I would also recommend your movers wear wrist sweat bands as the sweat was rolling off them and I watch it streaming off Miles, down his arms and onto the fabric cushion seats of my dining chairs. That was just gross.
