PATTY
The packing on day one took longer than I think was necessary especially since all items were not packed for the movers for the next day. The pictures/paintings were not bubble wrapped which I think was a short cut. Since you are a higher priced mover, I felt there should have been no short cuts. It then took the mover team longer to load the truck since they had to continue packing items from the day before and they got a late start which made the move go an extra day. One table was broken. Everyone was nice and polite.
ANGELA
Jonathan was our team leader (driver) Jerald and Jorge were on his team. Overall, the whole experience was 10 stars out of 5! I was blown away by their attitudes, efficiency and manners. I am actually hiring them again on another move I have coming up. I would recommend them to ANYONE who is moving. Wow. Stellar job guys.
TARA
It took the three men too long to move my daughter 1 bedroom apartment. I felt I was overcharged because of how long it took. I will not hire them again.

Darryl Bell and Nathan Johnson were great. Worked very hard and took great care!

The guys were prompt and efficient and handled the furniture with care. They were personable and there were no surprises.

Overall everything went fine. I have used you all twice before and have had friends use you at least two other times. My previous experience was that the movers were very quick. Not this time. I thought they were rather slow. I think the job could have been completed in 1/3 less time. There were lots of steps (4th floor) and my daughter didn't tape up her boxes well, but still the move went much slower than I've seen before. This was a small move - less than 20% of the truck, yet it took 4 hours.
DORIS
I was very pleased with their work except for one thing (they put the mirror to my dresser bottom side up ) I did not notice it until after they had gone. I called your office the next day to have them come out and fix it. I have not seen them yet. I am 84 years old and do not have anyone to do small things for me. If I had not found the mirror bottom side up they would have gotten an excellent all the way through this review of their work. I do apologize for having to call about the mirror. the two men were pros I would use them every time.
KEVIN
The three movers that helped us, Calvin, Makensey, and Tyler, were unbelieveable. They worked harder that I could have ever hoped for, were extremely careful with all of our belongings while moving quickly, were extremely friendly and informative, and were as professional as can be. This crew is phenomenal!

SARAH
Gabe & Calvin were fantastic to work with. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and hard working. being 8 months pregnant I couldn't help with moving and i was concerned about paying by the hour since so much of an experience can be impacted by a lazy or a smoking team that require extra breaks etc. these two guys pleasantly surprised me and made me comfortable with the hourly rate.
