The lead mover was awesome. He was communicative and very competent. He instructed his team courteously but concisely. We could not have been happier with the work ethic or the result. It went quickly and everything was perfect.

I have already spoken with your quality control officer. I’m not happy with the value for cost. My project was very small and it took the movers over 5 hours to complete the job. They appeared to move intentionally slow in order to inflate costs. As a consumer of your services that feels like being taken advantage of. I will not recommend your services nor will I use you in the future. I would like a partial refund.

KATHRYN
The only part keeping me from rating Excellent on everything was that while moving my (rather large) couch, the wall of my apartment building hallway got scratched up - mostly from the black padding so I was able to clean it off, and hope I don't get charged for the scratches by my old building. Brandon and John were delightful and did a wonderful job of taking apart furniture and putting it back together for me. My move day was enjoyable, which is saying alot because I was moving by myself and was stressed out about it. The guys were on time and very expedient. I would absolutely use Two Men and a Truck again as well as recommend it to friends, thank you! Kathryn

Bert and Jacob did a great job. One ding on a cabinet, but I will touch it up. It was a hard move with stairs.

Miles & Kevin were great to work with and took awesome care of my belongings. I would love to have them the next time I move.

PAULA
Over the years I have used Two Men and a Truck on several occasions. They were initially referred to me. I have been very pleased and will use them again if I need to. The office staff and manager are professional and courteous. I have never had to wait for them if they say they're going to be at my home at a certain time they are there promptly. The men who arrived are always friendly and professional verbally and in their mannerisms. They have proven to be very careful with my belongings when moving them wrapping them loading and unloading the truck. Nothing has ever been broken or damaged. That is very important to me. I highly recommend using Two Men and a Truck in your next move. And I recommend referring them to your friends. You will be pleased and so will they. Paula
