BILLY
Everything leading to our move was fine. When the movers arrived, they were polite and got to work. They did take quite a few 'smoke' breaks, and ended up not being able to pack a very large and heavy dining room table, a heavy exercise bike and a few other large items that will be hard for us to move on our own. At our new home, the moving truck got stuck in our driveway and had to be towed out. In that process, the moving truck damaged our retaining wall causing quite a mess involving structural issues. From that point, the local office has been very apathetic, rude to my wife and I have no answers about getting my wall fixed. I'm extremely angry and dissatisfied. Furniture has marks and lots of items were left in the rain waiting for the truck to be unstuck.
CHRIS
Some small chips in certain wooden items. Broke off motorcycle tail light. Staff and movers were courteous and professional, however, for the price I could have moved it myself, twice.

Nice workers. I suggest training your moving teams as to how best they would pack items into a storage unit.

BENJAMIN
This is the first time I have ever used a moving company, but I had such a great experience. If I ever have to move again I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it without two men and a truck.

DAVID
The 2 men that helped my 95 year old mother move were prompt very nice and got the job done without any issues. Jonathan and Logan were very professional at all times and explained what they were doing during the move. I think my mother used Two Men and a Truck when she moved from Knoxville to Nashville in May of 2015. I would and will recommend you guys to anyone that asks me about using a moving company.

The three gentlemen were very professional and worked quickly. They were strategic and solved problems as they arose. All 3 had a good attitude throughout the moving process. I also loved how a manger stopped by to check their work and my satisfaction. I will use and recommend your company again in a heart beat! Thank you!

MAGGIE
Worst moving experience. Move was not even completed. Office staff not responsive nor do they seem to care. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Sorry I haven't responded before now. A little snowed under in my new condo.
Kevin would make a great team leader just as Miles was. They were courteous, personable and professional. They certainly worked hard all day. Kept their cool even when I had an unhelpful neighbor, who arrived to take over. ;-( I apologized to the men for that interference. Also got him off the property and out of their way. They were very careful with the furniture. I found a small scratch or two, but nothing like I had expected. The arrival time was perfect.
Thanks to everyone involved for a well run moving experience. Especially to Miles, Kevin and the other young guy.
