HETTIE
First I was excited to use Two Men and a Truck because of its reputation and a friend's impeccable experience. The survey does not really reflect the experience. The team of six was very neat, energetic, and wanted to do a good job. That being said the six were very inexperienced - one being new that day. There were difficult pieces moved with ease. Yet easier pieces were damaged (a child's chair, a tv tray split,...). I had to explain how to disassemble and reassemble some items. A heavy coffee table was placed on a marble hearth creating scratches. The people took ownership and apologized. Although I have sent pictures of damage, I have not heard from the movers. Thus to rate excellent,...to poor, I had to rate average as my experience was mixed.

We love the commitment to the community of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. They have made several moves for our charity that allow us to get school supplies into the hands of teachers and students here in Nashville, that we would not be able to receive without there generous support. The movers are always friendly and great to work with.

ELIZABETH
Vince and DeAnjello were very professional and courteous. They took their time in deciding on the best moving strategy for us, which was important because moving a refrigerator out of our house was a tight squeeze and they were very patient with the situation. They are outstanding young men and excellent representatives of your company. The office staff members were also very helpful and had a positive and friendly attitude.

From the first inquiry to the last piece of furniture moved, I could not have been more impressed by the quality of service from Two Men and a Truck.
