I was told the movers would and unassemble a few items move them to my new location and put them back together I was also told they would place items in the rooms they belonged in my movers took advantage of me being a woman and alone they took their time and stretched my move out to 8 hours they piled all my stuff up in the front 2 rooms of my new home they tour my yard up and damaged a few of my items They left my bed in my garage I was so stressed out and upset I hired them because being a woman I couldn't do these things That I had to do anyway. There is way more that I could say but over all I was very upset and disappointed.

Manzel and Thomas were amazing. The person who took my phone number wrote down a number incorrectly, so no one could reach me to say the guys had arrived. I just happened to go down when 9:00 arrived and I had not been called. There they sat. That was the only hiccup. It was a very difficult move for the guys, but they handled things beautifully!

The movers, Kameron and Michael, were very courteous and well-organized. They worked efficiently and swiftly, but at the same time were careful with our belongings which they carefully wrapped.

We had two new members assisting us. For one, it was his second day on the job. The other just turned 21 and it was his first time driving. The lack of experience dragged out the move, which is a direct cost to me the client. The last move I used your company for, moved twice the furniture (2 bedroom instead of 1 bedroom), and it took about 2 hours less. For the damaged furniture, I had to walk the driver through the process, as he had never filled one out and the last time your company moved there was damaged furniture as well. I have not yet heard back from your company regarding my damaged furniture, so promptness in handling these situations would only benefit your company.
