My first call was answered by a person in training. She was not a good representation of your company and I understand that she is no longer working for you. Good move. The rest of my experience - the person who called me to work out the details, and the movers - was all great. I will recommend and use your services again.

We debated greatly about sharing our feelings about our move, but honestly, it was awful. The men who came to our house were silent the whole time, even when we said hello, told them where stuff was, and asked them to put things in specific rooms. Either they were the most awkward people in the world, or they hated us/being there. Even though I asked them to use our deck stairs for some items, the took them down our skinny staircase and SMASHED them down, breaking several of them and the gouging the wall. I felt like they hated their job and hated moving us. As a white couple, we didn't feel like we wanted to boss around two African-American men, but it was just extremely uncomfortable, they just shoved a ton of stuff in the garage, and were way too rough with our things.

The move was excellent. My only complaint is that it was difficult to get a person on the phone at the office.

I think the company itself is great, but your experience will depend on the team that shows up on the day of your move. My two crew members were nice, but they lacked any kind of training or common sense. They had to move furniture from a second floor apartment and instead of carrying more delicate pieces, they put everything on dollies still unwrapped (!!), and stair by stair bumped it down from the second floor. 75% of my furniture has scratches and other damage on them. Mostly from this dolly ride. That is just common sense that you don't do that! They were also lacking spatial dexterity and they kept bumping and hitting one furniture into other furniture, walls, staircase, etc. We prepared a damage report, but a lot of the damage I didn't even see until the next day. So we shall see...

My 3 guys were fantastic. Great attitude and got a lot of furniture into a storage unit that didn’t look like it would hold it all. Very excellent service.

We were very impressed with two men that loaded and unloaded our furniture. Our furniture is not very expensive, but they treated it like it was. They were very particular making sure that they did not scuff the the door frames and the walls as the moved it into place. We can certainly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone. We will be calling on Two Men and a Truck in the future.

I had never used a moving company before and was really nervous. Moving in itself is a headache. But the office staff explained the process well and the estimated price seemed fair. The two guys that came to move my belongings were polite and courteous. They took extreme care in handling everything. Never complained about having to move everything from a third floor apartment with no elevator. Very pleasing experience.

We were very disappointed in our service. When contacting the office we were told take pictures. We sent them in but never heard back. We are disputing our charge with the credit card company now.
