The two young men that came to move me were very polite, professional and courteous. It did take them 10 hours, which seemed a bit excessive, but overall an excellent experience.
ASHLEIGH
The actual movers who came out were great. The office staff was less so. I updated my apartment and storage room addresses prior to the move and that information was not passed to the moving team. They moving team ended up being at the wrong location and wasting 45 minutes because the office did not update their records. As I was paying hourly, I did not want to be charged for time when the guys were not working. I contacted the office about this and was told they would look into the issue before anything was charged to my credit card. That did not happen and I was billed for the full time including the 45 minutes where the movers were lost due to the Office not updating their records. It has been a week and the office has still not returned my call to follow up on this matter.

These guys were great....very nice, friendly and helpful. They explained the process and worked efficiently to get everything done at both locations. will definitely use them again. Thanks to Eric, DeShawn and the other guy who's name I can't remember!

The two young men were great! Very helpful, polite and efficient.
LORIE
Overall I was satisfied with what they moved, however I was disappointed they were unable to get everything loaded. I would have preferred they load all furniture and large items and leave the boxes for last. I now have additional expense of getting the rest of my furniture moved. Also, when we got to the new location, they decided they could not move the couch and recliner upstairs, so now it sits in my garage.

LISA
Overall the move was good but they did leave two pickup truck loads behind because they wanted to finish by 3:00 even though I had booked them for all day. Additionally I gave one of the movers a washer and dryer and was told I would need to sign something to that effect.. never did. They were nice guys but maybe not as experienced as some of the movers I have had in the past.

STEPHEN
We had a successful and affordable move. I would say the packers need more training. Some of the boxes were simply things piled on top of each other and covered up with paper. In one case a porcelain figurine not wrapped by itself, but tossed in with other items. We also found mouthwash and a bottle of rubbing alcohol packed laying on their sides and leaking. We only moved 3 miles, but if we had moved long distance, I am quite sure things would have been broken. Overall, I'd rate the move a B, but for the price, it was probably as good as I could get.

Movers Charles and Vic were amazing! I moved from a 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment and they handled every aspect of my move with professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely recommend 2 Men & A Truck.
CHERYL
The service was alright, they didn't take my drawers out of my bureau's and didn't wrap it up. They did chip one of my bureau's. I will say this that they were polite. Also they should have gassed up before coming to me and then they had to go back to the house because they forgot there dolly. I still would use this company again thought.
