The three guys who helped us move the other day were spectacular! The whole experience with Two Men and a Truck was really great and everyone I worked with couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving.
ERIKA
Showed up and needed a second truck. Didn’t have one available so they just left me having to figure it out on my own. The move ended up costing twice as much as expected. I will never recommend or hire them again. Made moving day more stressful.

My movers were not strong and displayed little regard for my belongings. They dropped my couch which is only a year old on a concrete wall and damaged it. They knocked over a cabinet. They used handtrucks for light weight boxes and bumped the boxes up every single step.
Additionally, the office staff has not contacted me with an update regarding my damage report. I sent pictures but haven’t heard anything back.

The staff was great they were really fast movers had good personality and was very professional.

My experience was horrible. They damaged my front door, couch and washer and dryer but cornered me to sign off that no damage was done. They asked to be tipped separately and explained the company takes so much money from them. When I tipped he said it wasn’t enough because they have to split it two ways.
Everything is rated very poor because of these matters and because neither the franchise nor corporate has called me back about matters.

They were very prompt, arrived when they said. Handle my belongings with care, they worked very quickly. They made sure that they moved all that I wanted to have moved.

The movers were quick and efficient. They made my move seamless. Two Men and a Truck made what could have been a stressful day far less stressful.
ERNESTINE
Vince and Kevin loaded the boxes with care, drove them to the destination and placed them exactly where I wanted them. They were intuitive to my needs, kind, considerate, efficient, personable, and professional. The office staff called to ensure that the movers had made it and I was pleased.
BONNIE
I think the sales person misled me in the amount of time and size of truck that would be required to move. I was VERY honest about what we had to move and detailed every room. The movers were polite but inefficient and disorganized. Clearly no one was in charge. Dakota worked at a snails pace. They were not wrapping furniture until I insisted on it and still many pieces did not get wrapped resulting in damage to multiple items. They were asked to move a grill...but they said it was too heavy. My 67 year old husband and 50 year old brother ended up moving it. They damaged/gauged the hardwood floor in the rental we moved out of. I deliberately chose your company because of your reputation and to hopefully avoid the experience I had. I am extremely disappointed!!!
