ASHLEY
We had two new members assisting us. For one, it was his second day on the job. The other just turned 21 and it was his first time driving. The lack of experience dragged out the move, which is a direct cost to me the client. The last move I used your company for, moved twice the furniture (2 bedroom instead of 1 bedroom), and it took about 2 hours less. For the damaged furniture, I had to walk the driver through the process, as he had never filled one out and the last time your company moved there was damaged furniture as well. I have not yet heard back from your company regarding my damaged furniture, so promptness in handling these situations would only benefit your company.

RACHEL
Our experience with Two Men and A Truck was absolutely excellent! I don't have a single complaint and can't say enough positive things about the team who came to our business and helped us move. All 3 of them were extremely professional, courteous, patient, helpful, positive, kind, and very hard working. The team had to maneuver throughout a large building and help move several different office staff managers; they treated each one with priority and never seemed overwhelmed or stressed. Our entire staff was overwhelmingly impressed with this team. We will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again. We are truly appreciative of the care the gave our items and with which they treated our staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Kameron and Taylor were more than excellent. They were polite, efficient and enthusiastic about helping us move. They helped us to prioritize the most delicate pieces of furniture first and set clear expectations throughout the moving process. There was no dawdling, they worked continuously for eight hours. We were very happy with our experience and would request them personally again if/when we have to move.
