The movers that handled our move from a Nashville apartment were professional and courteous throughout the six hours they were on site. The crew lead was more than willing to answer our questions and concerns. They worked hard and showed a high level attention to the care of our belongings. I would ask for the same crew again.

They did not do a final walkthrough. They left shelves in my garage. I called to say come get them and deliver to my daughter’s house. The woman on the phone kept on saying I signed off, well, given all the papers at the end trying to save time I was paying for I just checked and signed. Would have liked to have papers earlier when I could have taken the time to read it. Told woman representing your company that I was not happy, would and did complain to BBB and stopped payment with AmEx. Since you would not pick up and I have had the shelves delivered, I want a reduction in bill since service was not delivered.

The two guys was very good and nice, only one problem, my desk was broken and unable to be repaired from the move and caused me to purchase another one.

The packing on day one took longer than I think was necessary especially since all items were not packed for the movers for the next day. The pictures/paintings were not bubble wrapped which I think was a short cut. Since you are a higher priced mover, I felt there should have been no short cuts. It then took the mover team longer to load the truck since they had to continue packing items from the day before and they got a late start which made the move go an extra day. One table was broken. Everyone was nice and polite.

Jonathan was our team leader (driver) Jerald and Jorge were on his team. Overall, the whole experience was 10 stars out of 5! I was blown away by their attitudes, efficiency and manners. I am actually hiring them again on another move I have coming up. I would recommend them to ANYONE who is moving. Wow. Stellar job guys.

It took the three men too long to move my daughter 1 bedroom apartment. I felt I was overcharged because of how long it took. I will not hire them again.

Overall everything went fine. I have used you all twice before and have had friends use you at least two other times. My previous experience was that the movers were very quick. Not this time. I thought they were rather slow. I think the job could have been completed in 1/3 less time. There were lots of steps (4th floor) and my daughter didn't tape up her boxes well, but still the move went much slower than I've seen before. This was a small move - less than 20% of the truck, yet it took 4 hours.
