My floor lamp was broken and manager called immediately telling it will be reimbursed or repaired, since June 21 no any calls or action.

The expeeience was okay. Though the price for the moving and travel was unnecessarily overdone compared to the amount of items moved and the distance travelled. The price should be customized based on the circumstance. Would have loved to tip the movers but was not left with the libertyvdue to the overpriced fees

We were satisfied with the moving team, but management did not communicate with us.
The team was 2 hours late because of batteries being stolen out of the truck. Which the management did not call to let us know. Not sure what happened at the facility to drop off the helpers, but the driver was stuck in Little Rock due to a 12 hour time limit.
Therefore we did not receive our furniture until the next day even though it was only a 3 hour drive to our new place. Slept on the floor, no clothes, etc. Another issue was interoffice communication and with us. The driver was to have help by 1:00pm to move the next day. No one got him help until after several phone calls from us.
Bottom line, management failed to provide excellent service to the customer.

The overall service and experience was great. Corray and Troy worked extremely hard, fast, and completed all tasks requested by the customer. Customer service representative was prompt, offered very courteous service and provided clear information on cost of services.

My driver was D. Anderson and the movers were B.bradley and R.White. These three men were exceptional. Would use them again in a heartbeat! Will gladly tell my friends if they need a Mover. Thank you for great service!!

Both guys were awesome. They worked incredibly efficient and handled all of our stuff with great care. I would recommend them to anyone who’s considering moving. If I have to move again I’m absolutely giving you guys a call!

I feel like now that Two Men & a Truck/Memphis have my money they're no longer interested in following up with any concerns. Communication was poor from the beginning, I had to follow up both days to see when the movers would actually show up. A window was given on day 1 and then no window or follow up was given for the delivery on day 2. Then after they left on day two, I realize a rug is missing plus damage & communicate this to the Manager, Ed. Four days later and I haven't heard a word from him. I even expressed this to Vanessa in her follow up call on Friday the 22nd. You've ruined a potentially lucrative relationship with an insurance agent now who could have referred you 100x over with my Memphis clientele base. Now, I'll make sure the negative review gets posted everywhere instead.

The workers moved incredibly slow and then charged me more than the quote in the end because they needed more time. We moved into the space a year ago and the total time with three guys was about 4 hours. In the end, they didn't get all of our stuff and the truck was half empty. Now I am going back and forth with my truck loading things up. The good news is that nothing was broken. Attitude wise, they could have been better.
