No issue with the movers; they were quick, efficient, and friendly throughout the process.
I was disappointed with the office: when I completed my inventory/application to move online through the website, I heard nothing from the office. I had to call them a week later in order to insure my online inquiry had been received. The email with move quotes also had misprints about arrival dates; I had to call the office to verify what I had been told was correct rather than what was in the email. Once I confirmed my move and made my deposit, I did not receive any pre-move email with confirmation details until I called notifying them of such. Office scheduled the arrival for 2 days after pick-up, when the movers made the full drive the same day of pick-up, so the time gap seemed unnecessary.

My husband and I had a horrible experience with your company. We ended up physically moving more boxes than your workers. And we had to call in 5 friends to help assist due to the situation. The wrong size truck was also brought to our home therefore not all of our stuff fit. We have used you before and had great experiences then. This experience was a disaster. I did not hire movers to physically move myself into my home. And that’s what happened. We are beyond disappointed.

I had a very positive moving experience. No items were broken. John and his cohort worked with a sense of urgency, but took care to wrap items that needed to be wrapped and to load items so that they were properly secured. I would recommend the service, and am appreciative of the good work.

My team was the best! Such sweet guys, very polite, professional, and kept me in the know about everything they did. I had to move my mom to an apartment and was not looking forward to the headache, but they made it a smooth transition. I will use them again if ever needed.
