This is the second time in 6 months that I hired your company. I had a very positive experience both times. My movers this time were K. Augustus and D. Woods. I had one of them the first time and he was wonderful and friendly. They made the moves much less stressful! I would use Two Men and a Truck next time as well!

Movers sent were absolutely terrible; not compotent movers. Complained about weight of items and said “I’m not lifting anything”. A lot of sitting around not working. Job was quoted and should have taken no more than 3 hours took nearly 7 hours. Due to their incompetency, manager sent a separate crew to unload. This crew admitted nothing was packed properly on the truck nor wrapped correctly. I did not have them move all items in quote. I personally had to lift and carry my mattress after one of them quit while in the middle of moving it. They tired to move it on a dolly that was not equipped while dragging it on the floor. Was assured it would be covered on truck. I now have a hole in mattress top. I paid $300 when I should have paid nothing based on the horrible experience.

Traveling costs should be reconsidered. I was charged $95 dollars and where I moved from , storage we’re all 5 minutes away. Other customers locations might not have been as close and we all pay the same. More gas is being used for moves that are not as close and convenient.

The 'Two Men & A Truck' movers arrived on time at my home, and moved my bedroom suite with thoughtful care. They loaded their truck within the promised time frame, and drove carefully to the destination. They unloaded the furniture as directed, and did an excellent job of setting up the furniture for my son and daughter-in-law in their guest room. The two movers, Austin and DeAnthony, were very courteous, well-mannered, and professional in everything they did. I could see that they had been well-trained in moving furniture, and also demonstrated excellent customer service in every way. My son and his wife were extremely pleased with the way the movers set up the furniture in their home and happily thanked me for hiring your company to handle this job. Thank you !

Twin Men and a Truck was amazing from beginning to end with our move. I had never hired movers before, but they made it so easy. The team that moved my furniture was fantastic. Great guys full of energy and kindness. I will definitely be using this team/company four our next move. Thanks!

The movers were very friendly and efficient. They didn’t waste any time and got the job done in 1-1/2 hours, saving me money.
The next day I realized something easily missed was left in my apartment. They came back out before the end of the day and retrieved and delivered the item the item at no charge.
I would definitely use your services again and heartily recommend you to family and friends.
