The movers were 3 men who were about 22 years old, so they did not have the experience to correctly pack the truck so that everything could be moved. They had to stop and move some items around inside the truck at one [point to be able to fit more things. They still were not able to get everything in it. I had to end up renting a UHaul truck and move many things myself. I spent $580 plus $140 on a UHaul. IF I were to consider using your company again, I would make sure the movers had more experience. They were very nice and seemed to work hard enough, just did not have the knowledge. At one point, 1 guy had 4 boxes on a dolly and the boxes fell off as he was trying to get moving. The top 2 boxes were clearly marked FRAGILE. Several of my glass baking dishes broke in the fall.

The guys were very professional, personable and hard working. The gave us the presidential treatment.

We have used Two Men And A Truck before for local moves, with great success and satisfaction. We will consider using them again as well as recommending Two Men And A Truck to those needing local moving services at a reasonable and competitive rate.

We have used them before with a great experience and had the same great job this time. The office was excellent. Our movers, D Griffin and Causcy, were respectful, willing to do anything needed done, just nice young men. Great job!! All around. Would use again and recommend to others.

Very sweet guys, we had a good experience with them even joking around, very pleasant, I made them laugh a lot! I did notice to marks on my frig that was not there before we moved I noticed it a few days later when I moved boxes away from it

Two Men and a Truck did a great job moving my things from Collierville to downtown. I would definitely recommend using Two Men and a Truck instead of renting a U-Haul and trying to do it yourself or with someone else; the price is right and the movers take care of your things very well.

My move started on 5/5. As of 5/16, I have yet to have my move completed. The bed that was broken down and moved by Two Men in two of my previous moves is now "an issue and lacking the correct tools" to complete my move. I have company arriving in town on 5/18 and really need this move completed. I have tried to work with the office but response times have been slow despite emails, phone calls and text messages. Damage was also done to my property during the move that has not been addressed nor acknowledged as to how that will be corrected.
I have used these services in two of my previous moves and have not experienced this level of low service and response. I am disappointed and when all issues are resolved, will more than likely not secure these services again for future needs.

Extremely bad, recollection between original proposal and invoice is impossible. During move number of trucks or people who showed up was different then planned, had some damage during move nobody during move could do a damage report and now there is no way to know about potential settlement. You charged my credit card without even asking me if I agreed with invoice ... really bad

The crew arrived on time and were courteous. They loaded everything up and everything was going as planned. We arrived at the house late in the day and they began to haul the furniture to my basement. It became apparent that the guys were tired and struggling. I also noted two of the team members were slim in stature, not really capable of lifting heavy fine furniture. They were not well trained in the art of moving furniture. They held the recliner in a position that let the footrest fall out and hit the pebble concrete damaging the soft leather greatly. They also somehow in spite of wrapping the sofa caused a silver dollar size deep circular gash on the back center. So all in all they were nice but not well trained in the art of moving fine furniture and I was left heart broken.
