The movers themselves were very professional and courteous but I had some major problems with management, I was sent an email confirming the time for the move which was supposed to be 8-9 am, and when they didn't show I called and was told that they were supposed to be there around 1 pm, and was told that they only had one small job that morning and that they could be there as early as 11am. Nearing 1 pm I called and was told that they should call me soon, a few minutes later I got a call saying they were finishing up a job (even though originally I was told they had one small job in the morning) and would be their around 2 pm. They eventually got their at 2:30 pm, I was grateful though that they sent 5 movers to me out so quickly but there was a clear communication problem.

They were fast and professional. Every piece of furniture was double wrapped and handled with care. In four hours, everything was set up in my new home. Amazing.

The packers were untrained and simply did not want to work. They arrived a day early. They were deliberately slow and spent time talking & asking each other about item after item. The did not pack a lot of items and poorly packed boxes. They kept saying “leave it for the movers”. So they left cabinets full of items. Many doors they never opened to see the items inside.
When they left several boxes you could hear China cling inside. Many boxes were 1/3-1/2 full. They ran out of boxes. Had no wardrobes & they left early.
The movers could not fill the 2 trucks & left my garage full of items for another truck to come tomorrow. We had plans to be out of the house and in another state at the new house by 8:00. They drove off at 9:00 pm. Then we got on the road.

The packers and movers were absolutely wonderful! They worked very hard while taking great care of our stuff. They were also extremely nice and easy to interact with. The movers worked in very hot weather, yet they worked extremely hard and had great attitudes!
I had some reservations because I had multiple hiccups when trying to get a quote (I had to repeatedly ask for follow-up), but I am thankful I went ahead with the company. It was a great moving experience.

The young men who moved my possessions were on time, courteous, active, and purposeful. They were very helpful and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of and placed exactly where it needed to be. Will definitely use again in the future.

Very hot, very humid day. A challenge for anyone. Your two movers were excellent in all areas. Professional, courteous, friendly, and careful with the handling of our goods. I was assured my wedding portrait would be wrapped on the truck. It came off the truck the same way it went in...unwrapped. I think it was laziness that it was not wrapped in the home as other less important pictures were wrapped and boxed properly. I paid A LOT to have my stuff packed and MOST of it was tossed in boxes including liquids (some of which leaked). I could have done that myself! The men were polite and courteous but YOUNG and did not seem mature enough to handle the job. I used your company years ago and was impressed THEN. VERY disappointed now and would never use again.
