In regards to your quote, we base all estimates on the amount of items and distance that our trucks have to travel. Although you were unable to tip our movers, another way to show them appreciation is by completing the 'Post-Move' survey that we send to all customers and include who your movers were and how your movers helped during your moving process. By completing this review, it greatly impacts the opportunity for our movers to receive bonuses and additional compensation. Thank you once again, and we hope you have a lovely week!</div>

The team was 2 hours late because of batteries being stolen out of the truck. Which the management did not call to let us know. Not sure what happened at the facility to drop off the helpers, but the driver was stuck in Little Rock due to a 12 hour time limit.
Therefore we did not receive our furniture until the next day even though it was only a 3 hour drive to our new place. Slept on the floor, no clothes, etc. Another issue was interoffice communication and with us. The driver was to have help by 1:00pm to move the next day. No one got him help until after several phone calls from us.
Bottom line, management failed to provide excellent service to the customer.
