We used the moving services in Dayton Ohio and in Memphis Tennessee. The movers in Memphis were responsible for unloading my truck and putting together my furniture. The attitude of the lead mover, responsible for all the paperwork, was very poor. He was giving a lot of pushback, visibly upset about the move (his job). The other two guys were nice and hard working. Our furniture has been falling apart since they left and we clearly know it was not put together properly, especially the beds.

All of the guys were respectful. I used your services four years ago and the services was horrible. Because of new management and new people two men and a truck have come a long way. Keep up the good work.

I had several pieces of furniture not wrapped and was scuffed and scratched from the vibration of moving. I was told it would be written up but so far nothing has been done and I paid the additional $90 to make sure everything was covered. I understand some things happen but that is the point in insuring the move.

I was harrassed by my movers. The comments they made during the move made me uncomfortable and they were unacceptable.

The 2 young men worked their butts off, never slowing down! There was not one single scratch on any of my furniture or walls! This was my first time to use a moving company and I was SO impressed with the professionalism and the attitude of not only the 2 men, but also the office staff, that I will NEVER move again without TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!! Thank you....Ya’ll ROCK!!!

The expeeience was okay. Though the price for the moving and travel was unnecessarily overdone compared to the amount of items moved and the distance travelled. The price should be customized based on the circumstance. Would have loved to tip the movers but was not left with the libertyvdue to the overpriced fees

We were satisfied with the moving team, but management did not communicate with us.
The team was 2 hours late because of batteries being stolen out of the truck. Which the management did not call to let us know. Not sure what happened at the facility to drop off the helpers, but the driver was stuck in Little Rock due to a 12 hour time limit.
Therefore we did not receive our furniture until the next day even though it was only a 3 hour drive to our new place. Slept on the floor, no clothes, etc. Another issue was interoffice communication and with us. The driver was to have help by 1:00pm to move the next day. No one got him help until after several phone calls from us.
Bottom line, management failed to provide excellent service to the customer.
