Our move went smoothly. The moving team was punctual, professional, courteous, and most importantly - careful. This is our second time using Two Men And A Truck, and we were extremely satisfied on both occasions.

The batteries were stolen from 2 trucks. The 1st rental truck did not arrive until noon. The 2nd truck arrived at 4:00. The 4 movers were professional, but moved at a slower pace than I expected. Column loading of boxes instead of bricklayer caused several crushed boxes (1 broken frame and 1 broken pyrex). Unload day-I emailed Corbin at 7:30 to confirm arrival time. "No later than 10:00" was his response. At 10:30 I called and Corbin discovered that the truck did had not left and was scheduled for the next day. The truck arrived at 4:00 with Augustus and Malone. I unloaded the trucks with these 2 hard workers and they were the only positive of the move. Corbin's lack of follow up and communication was unacceptable. A $450 credit was issued for my troubles, but your problems will continue.

The team at Two Men and a Truck was very professional. They treated all of my belongings with care, but most importantly they moved quickly! My move could not have gone any smoother. Thanks Two Men and a Truck!

From start to finish everything occurred just like it was explained to me. The follow up was excellent and the moving team came and took care of business. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They made the move a very pleasant, and stress free experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend TMAAT to anyone that has to move. I think that they are the best!

The two men explained the cost to move my belongings and was able to take real good care of them when moving them from my old place to my new place of residence. I do wish to thank the individual for offering me a discount price to move my belongings due to the overbooking. I would use this company again.

The gentleman who came and did survey only sent quote. No information despite asking multiple times to email me what couldn’t be transported. Day before move told me 1-3 window with a call half hour before. When I called at 2:20 said “Lastname? That’s tomorrow right?” Movers finally showed up at 5 pm in a Penske truck. They were very polite and hard working but did thing like load boxes on sides with additional boxes on top. They were clearly inexperienced despite enthusiasm. I was given no paperwork that night. When they arrived at new home I was given paper work that should have been done when truck loaded. I was NEVER given a “rights and responsibilities” form I was required to sign having received. The only call I received from the office that I did not initiate was re survey.
