They broke my entertainment center. After I left They asked my wife for a tip for doing a job they were getting paid to do. An extra $120.00. Did not set up Third bed.

The driver Shea was great!! The two assistants were not so good. They broke two legs off my hope chest, dented walls in my house and dented walls and scraped paint off my newly painted condo.

3 hours late. One man was rude and did not care how the boxes where marked. Broke many things, furniture beat up, and they backed the truck into my home. I heard from the office and a contractor was to show up. But never did. I need help.

My conversations with office staff were excellent. The movers were not. They failed to measure doorways getting my couch stuck in an elevated position in between two doors. My washer and dryer were scratched and one mover continually made disrespectful remarks and made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the duration of the move. I spoke to the executive officer of the company who was very helpful and generally concerned of my complaints. I would not recommend this company due to my personal experience with the workers who conducted my move. I am certain there are other employees who are professional and courteous. Only one of mine was.

was very pleased everything except the estimate was off by 50% and we were told we could leave clothes and light items in the drawers of furniture but they were not handled straight up so everything was a mess and caught on tracts etc, many drawers would not open ,,,,,

My furniture is strached, broken, pieces missing, everything was thrown up in the truck, badly positioned and a hot mess. The company unloading the truck took pictures of all the broken and scratched furniture and emailed the pics to me. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. The guys were nice but the care of loading our personal items was horrible. I expect a some sort of refund. I need your email address to send pics. Also, Gabby was very rude and disrespectful.

Jonathan and Zavier were terrific--punctual, efficient, cheerful, quick, and willing to do the work.

Arrived on time with proper equipment and got the job done efficiently. Great attitude.
